- Prospect, develop, and close customers for KickFire’s suite of products
- Identify the goals and needs of prospects, including understanding their budgetary constraints and finding the key decision makers
- Tie KickFire products to the objectives of your customer
- Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
- Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve win/win results
- Manage and ensure a strong sales pipeline
- Create and deliver accurate forecasts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure KickFire customer satisfaction
- Bring passion, excitement, drive and hunger in every single day
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offering, customer needs and competitive landscape
- 3+ Years experience selling B2B technology and/or software products
- Saas / DaaS, MarTech experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of quota over-achievement
- Experience working and managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish
- Hunter and Closer mentality

- Highly organized and strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and interpersonal
- English required, additional languages a plus
- Computer Literate – Comfortable using Google Workplace (Docs/Sheets), Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, HubSpot
- Proficient in using a Mac is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in our San Jose office during standard business hours (hybrid remote work flexibility may be available after the training period is completed)
- Ability to sit and/or stand, typing, and viewing information on a computer (desktop and/or laptop) monitor for extended periods of time
This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary + uncapped commission
